WHAT:The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) will host a press conference/teleconference on November 10 marking the 100-day countdown to the transition to digital television (DTV). Senior officials from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Commerce Department and other stakeholder groups will discuss initiatives to help Americans prepare during this last critical phase of the transition and urge the public to act before the February 17, 2009 deadline.
